Our exchange policy ensures customer satisfaction by providing a hassle-free experience. In the unfortunate event of receiving a product that is dead on arrival (DOA), we offer a 1 to 1 replacement within three working days, provided that all packaging is intact. We understand the inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty item, and our goal is to rectify the situation promptly. However, if the product is not DOA, our customers can still rely on the standard manufacturer warranty coverage for any potential issues that may arise.
